DIVE es un proyecto de 3 años coordinado por el CFVG (French Vietnamese Center of Management), con participación del EFMD (European Foundation for Management Development), tres universidades europeas (la European , Université libre de Bruxelles, ULB, la Universidad de Alicante y la UNED), y un total de once Universidades vietnamitas.
El proyecto tiene como finalidad promover el desarrollo de una Educación Digital de alta calidad, como parte de la modernización de la Educación Superior promovida por el gobierno de Vietnam.
La UNED participa institucionalmente como socio a través del Vicerrectorado de Internacionalización y Multilingüismo, la Cátedra UNESCO de Educación a Distancia (CUED) y la Escuela de Ingeniería Informática de la UNED.

UNED participates institutionally as a partner through the Vice-Rectorate for Internationalisation and Multilingualism, the UNESCO Chair in Distance Education (CUED) and the UNED School of Computer Engineering.

DIVE là một dự án kéo dài 3 năm, được điều phối bởi CFVG (Trung tâm Quản lý Pháp - Việt), với sự tham gia của EFMD (Quỹ Châu Âu về Phát triển Quản lý), ba trường đại học Châu Âu (Đại học Châu Âu, Université libre de Bruxelles, ULB, Đại học Alicante và UNED), và tổng cộng mười một trường đại học Việt Nam.
Mục tiêu của dự án là thúc đẩy phát triển Giáo dục Số hóa chất lượng cao, như một phần của việc hiện đại hóa Giáo dục Đại học do chính phủ Việt Nam khuyến khích.
UNED tham gia vào dự án này với tư cách là đối tác thông qua Phó Hiệu trưởng về Quốc tế hóa và Đa ngôn ngữ, Ghế UNESCO về Giáo dục từ xa (CUED) và Trường Kỹ thuật Máy tính của UNED.
